Return & Refund Policy

At Custom Garments, all products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please double-check your design, sizing, colors, and order details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customizedgarment@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review the situation and work to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes and cancellations cannot be made.
