Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and produced within 3 to 7 business days. During high-demand periods, production may take longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 2 to 5 business days
• International: 7 to 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Custom Garments is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages
